Hello, my name is Kellie H, and I am a dedicated female home carer with experience in providing hourly and overnight care. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in assisting individuals with a range of conditions, including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Bedbound individuals, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression. My passion for caregiving stems from my desire to help people lead independent lives and make a positive impact on their well-being.
Though I may not be able to drive or have a car, my skills in bathing, toileting, assisting with dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship are what set me apart as a carer. I take pride in offering personalized care tailored to the individual's specific needs and preferences. Outside of caregiving, my hobbies include painting, walking, engaging in card games, cooking & baking, as well as solving puzzles, which I believe bring a sense of joy and fulfillment to both myself and those I care for.
In addition to my caregiving skills, my attributes of being caring, friendly, and helpful have helped me build strong relationships with the individuals I care for. I also have a soft spot for pets and am open to caring for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. I approach each caregiving opportunity with empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life.
